Portrait Photography — $200/hr
Purpose-driven portrait photography focused on authentic expression, clean composition, and professional polish—ideal for personal branding, creatives, and professionals.

Minimum Booking - One (1) hour minimum per session

Retouching
• Light retouching included
• Extensive retouching — $100/hr (first two hours), $50/hr each additional hour

Rush Delivery (Optional)
• Rush delivery (under 48 hours) — Fee quoted upon request
• Subject to availability and project scope

Re-Shoot — $250

• Returning to capture images not obtained during the original session

Photography Notes

• Session rate includes light retouching (e.g., minor wrinkles, blemishes, lint).
• Extensive retouching includes removing or replacing entire objects or elements and must be discussed and approved in advance.

Export Count
• There is no set number of final images. Final delivery is based on client-approved selections unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Coverage area includes the Richmond Tri-City Area. Sessions outside this area will incur an Out-of-Area Fee, quoted prior to scheduling.

Turnaround
• Delivery time depends on the extent of retouching and is typically up to 72 hours. If additional time is required, you will be notified with timely updates.
• Final delivery includes two sets of digital files:
– Web-ready, optimized files
– High-resolution files suitable for print
• Images are delivered digitally via Dropbox for download.

Automotive Photography - $200/hr
High-impact automotive photography that highlights design, detail, and presence—for builders, brands, and enthusiasts who want to stand out.

Includes:
• Location shooting (static or light motion)
• Light retouching (dust removal, blemishes, reflections when minimal)
• Unlimited photos taken; delivered images based on best approved selects
• Richmond Tri-City Area coverage (Out-of-Area Fee applies beyond that)

Extensive Retouching - $100/hr (First two hours) + $50/hr thereafter

Used for:
• Removing large reflections
• Paint correction in post
• Background replacements
• Plate removal
• Complex composites

Half-Day / Full-Day Conversion

Half-Day (4 hours) - $800
Full Day (8 hours) - $1,600

Add-Ons (optional):
• Rolling Shots (rollers) +$150
• Drone Photography +$100–$200
• Multi-Location +$50–$150 depending on distance
• Rush Delivery (24–48 hrs) +$100

Re-Shoot - $250
Returning to recapture images not originally obtained or to adjust previously approved concepts.

Real Estate Photography - Starting at $150
Clean, accurate real estate photography that presents properties at their best—helping listings attract attention and convert faster.

• Slight (<1,000 sq ft) — $150
• Small (1,000–2,000 sq ft) — $225
• Moderate (2,000–3,000 sq ft) — $325
• Ample (3,000–5,000 sq ft) — $425
• Expansive (5,000–8,000 sq ft) — $700
• Additional space — $100 per additional 1,000 sq ft

Twilight Photography (Add-On) — $150

• Exterior images only
• Minimum of 5 delivered photos
• Twilight sessions are weather-dependent and may require flexible scheduling

Re-Shoot — $200

• Returning to re-shoot areas that were not photo-ready at the time of the originally scheduled session

Real Estate Photography Notes

• Coverage includes both interior and exterior images unless otherwise specified.
• Properties must be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Additional staging, cleaning, access delays, or unprepared spaces may require rescheduling or a re-shoot fee.
• There is no set number of final images. Delivery is based on the size and layout of the property (no minimum or maximum).
• Coverage area includes the Richmond Tri-City Area. Properties outside this area will incur an Out-of-Area Fee, quoted prior to scheduling.
• Pricing includes standard usage rights for property marketing purposes.

Turnaround

• Photo delivery turnaround time is within 24 hours.
• Final delivery includes two sets of digital files:
– MLS-compliant, web-ready images
– High-resolution images for print and marketing use (e.g., postcards, flyers)
• Images are delivered digitally for download.
